What we collect

Only what you enter into one of the two forms on this site. Nothing is gathered in the background.

Stay enquiry	Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country, number of people, duration of stay, preferred dates, and an optional message
Volunteer	Name, email, phone, city, age, area of interest, availability and skills

Why we collect it

The personal information you provide, such as your name and contact details, is collected solely for communication and administrative purposes related to the Mission.

How long we keep it

Your information will be securely retained for up to one year and will thereafter be automatically removed from our records unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing relationship with the Mission. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries submitted here are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, and arrive as email in the Mission office's Google Workspace mailboxes. Both providers process the message only in order to deliver it.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It runs no analytics and measures no visitor behaviour.
• It carries no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
• It builds no profile of you and shares nothing with data brokers or social networks.

Payments

This website never receives your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials, and cannot. The Mission's bank account, UPI ID and QR code are displayed for your convenience; any transfer happens entirely within your own bank or UPI app.

Two things we should tell you

Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google can see the internet address of the device opening the page. This is how the site is delivered rather than a choice about your data, and no personal detail is sent with it.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps ordinary server records of page requests, as every web host does.

Links to other places

Where this site links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, those services apply their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

Asking us to remove your details

Write to secretary@ramasaktimission.org and ask, and your enquiry and contact details will be deleted from the Mission's records. You may also ask what the Mission holds about you.
